Cancellation Policy
  • A deposit of 1 night's tariff is required within 7 days of booking date.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received.
  • Balance of account is due on arrival.
  • Payments due in full on arrival.
  • Sorry NO reduction for early departure or late arrival.
  • CANCELLED BOOKINGS:
    A cancellation fee of $15 applies to all bookings.
  • Deposit will only be refunded less cancellation fee if site/accommodation can be re-let.

welcoming site a great base for exploring Wellington. This site says a lot
for the enterprising nature of the Kiwis.
